Stitch is the a happiest puppy. He is really enjoying a safe place to crash and a full belly. He loves all of his toys: chew bones, stuffies and balls. He likes to gather them and also take them places. He is your typical happy puppy. He loves other dogs, and kids. He is good with people and is said to be good with cats. He does ok in his kennel when kenneled with other dogs. He would do best with another dog friend in the house. A home with shared walls would not be reccommended as he will cry and howl in his kennel from time to time if all alone with no others kenneled near him. He is potty trained and has kept his kennel clean. He is a puppy though, and shouldn't be left unattended to explore all on his own! Too many fun things to explore if you ask him! Stitch has so much love to give and is a very good snuggler. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Stitch was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Stitch’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Stitch’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Stitch’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
