Brooklyn and Parker’s story starts in a local park, where they were found abandoned — but not alone. A group of kids discovered the pups and spent the day playing with them, giving them a little bit of joy and comfort in what could have been a scary moment. Luckily, a passerby noticed the scene, realized something wasn’t quite right, and brought the puppies to safety. Now, these two little survivors are safe and ready to start their next chapter. Brooklyn and Parker are as sweet as they come — playful, snuggly, and full of puppy charm. Whether they’re tumbling around together or curling up for a nap, they radiate that special kind of joy only puppies can bring. They’ll need a loving foster (or adopter!) who can help them grow up feeling safe, secure, and totally adored. After all they’ve been through, they deserve nothing less. We accept Credit cards, Debit cards as well as cash. At this time we do not accept checks. Our Adoption fees for all animals cover required vetting: which includes, Rabies, Distemper Vaccine Series, Bordetella, Deworming, Heartworm Test as age appropriate, Spay or Neuter and Microchip and registration. Adoption Fees are Non Negotialble. All fees are subject to MN sales tax and a processing fee at the time of adoption.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Brooklyn's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Brooklyn was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Brooklyn’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Brooklyn’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Brooklyn’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
