Dandy is a playful, cuddly pup who loves wrestling with his siblings, chewing on sticks, and bouncing around the yard. He’s doing well with potty pad training and has a favorite potty spot outside. While he hasn’t tried leash walking or kennel training yet, he’s smart and eager to learn. Dandy does great with kids and has met lots of people. He can be vocal when he wants attention or feels left out, but his big puppy personality makes up for it! * Puppies under 5 months should not be left alone for more than 4 hours at a time to help them with potty training and socialization. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Dandy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Dandy’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Dandy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Dandy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
