About this Dog
Meet Gwendolyn – a goofy, lovable, and endlessly curious puppy with a heart full of joy and paws that haven’t quite caught up to her! At just around 15 weeks old, this sweet girl is already about 20 pounds and is expected to grow into a beautiful ~70 lb adult. She has the look of a lab, the soul of a best friend, and the energy of a bouncing ball. Gwendolyn is very dog-friendly – she adores playing, wrestling, and snuggling with her canine foster siblings (both large and small). We haven’t tested her with cats, but her love of making friends suggests she’d likely do just fine with the right introduction. She’s extremely food motivated, which makes training a breeze – although she’s still learning some manners around treats. She’s not a resource guarder, just enthusiastic! Potty training is in progress and going well; she’s already kennel trained and sleeps through the night. She’s also used to using potty pads when needed. Gwendolyn is a total clumsy sweetheart. She’s in that adorably awkward stage of growing faster than she can figure out how to use her limbs – so she stumbles, flops, and then pops back up with her signature cheerful spirit. She loves chasing bugs in the yard, flopping around like a curious little Godzilla, and is always ready to turn any moment into playtime. Some of her favorite things: Busy toys & treat puzzles Running around outside and playing fetch Walks and exploring new scents Cuddling after a big play session Chewing on shoes (we’re working on that – and she redirects well!) She’s incredibly bright and always wants to know what’s going on. Gwendolyn would thrive in an active home that can provide structure, stimulation, and most of all – love. She’d make a wonderful family dog and would be especially great with kids who can match her playful energy. This girl is ready to bring laughter, joy, and boundless love to her forever home. Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $625.00

Adopt Gwendolyn and Receive Gwendolyn's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Gwendolyn's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Gwendolyn's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Gwendolyn, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Gwendolyn's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Gwendolyn was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Gwendolyn’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Gwendolyn’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Gwendolyn’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
