If you're looking for a best bud to go on adventures, then Chilly's ready to tag along! Chilly is a pretty smart pup. He already knows basic commands like sit, down, stay, drop (can't be bringing sticks into the house!), and he has great recall. Chilly is very attentive to his people and quickly picks up on their cues. Keep in mind, though, he's still just a pup, so sometimes he forgets his manners when he gets overly excited to see you. Chilly's been learning to "dog" from his two foster brothers and has been great with other pups—wrestling and playing and chasing tails and sniffing around our local dog park. And if there's not another dog around, he'll likely bring you a toy to play tug or fetch with. He's shown no aggression (just curiosity) toward cats, but he can be timid around new people, so needs calm introductions and time to get to know them. Chilly's a big happy and playful boy, so would probably be best with older kids (not infants or toddlers), and also being intelligent and rambunctious, he would greatly benefit from walks and getting out—he's great riding in the car—to go adventuring If you have previously applied with us please email [email protected] to reactivate your application with new interest.
