About this Dog
Jenny is a mini Aussie born 4/17/21. I also call her JJ and Jen Jen. Jenny is still working on potty training. She doesn’t let you know when she has to go. She does use a reusable pee pad, when she does have to go. She will chew up the disposable ones. She is kennel trained and does great. The longest I’ve had her kenneled is 12 hours and she hasn’t had an accident when in her kennel. She is still getting used to my 6 year old, so I would say older kids would be best. She has been great with the other dogs she’s met. She is good with my cat although she can play rough but she redirects well. She does good on the leash and is now great in the car. She likes putting her head out the window. She has a high energy level so a fenced in yard would be best. She is extremely fast and hard to catch. She does have a good recall. She’s still cautious and skittish with new people. It took her 6-8 weeks for her to trust me and can still be skittish with me. She will paw and bark at you to get your attention. She will also let you cuddle with her. She is making progress everyday. She is not kenneled at night and I allow her to sleep in my bed. If you kennel her while you’re home she will bark and paw at her kennel door. Once she trusts you she’ll be your best friend and protector. Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Dental, Prepaid microchip, dental, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $650.00

Adopt Jenny and Receive Jenny's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Jenny's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Jenny's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Jenny, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Jenny's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Jenny was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Jenny’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Jenny’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Jenny’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
