I wandered up to the home of one of The Rescue Crew’s kind-hearted supporters in mid-June, skinny and alone but still purring like a motorboat. No one came looking for me, so the Crew welcomed me in, and now I’m on the lookout for my forever home.I’m the definition of friendly: I get along great with dogs, other cats, and even those little humans you call kids. I’ve clearly been a beloved housecat before, but somehow I ended up on my own in a quiet, secluded area. Lucky for me (and maybe lucky for you!), I found someone who cared enough to get me safe.I’m still a little underweight, but don’t worry—I take mealtime very seriously. With a full belly and lots of love, I’ll be back to my full handsome self in no time. I’ve got that easygoing, affectionate orange cat magic that people are always talking about, and I can’t wait to bring it to your home.You can find me soaking up the sun and charming visitors at The PURRfect Match, The Rescue Crew’s brand-new cat adoption center in Andover (14033 Round Lake Blvd NW). All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
