About this Rabbit
Hi! My name is LOONA My brother's name is Nibbles and we are a package deal! My favorite thing in the world is food and Nibbles runs a close second. I'm a shy gal until I hear the dinner/treats coming and I will rush to you to see what you have. Sometimes I steal Nibbles treat too if he's not fast enough. My favorite treat is OATS, those are delish! It takes me a bit to warm up to my humans and when they pet me I freeze....probably because it feels so good. Nibbles and I LOVE our free roam time, that's when the binkies and zoomies begin! We admit that if not supervised, we can be a bit mischievous so a bunny proofed area is recommended. My litter box habits aren't perfect yet but I'm working on it. Our foster home has other rescue rabbits in it so my foster mom thinks if we are the only bunnies in the home things will improve dramatically. I would be okay with older, responsible kids and I've never been around dogs so I'd need slow and supervised intros. Our foster mom says we are the most entertaining bonded pair that she's ever fostered and we have no doubt that we can be just as much fun in our forever home so let's meet face to snoots so you can see for yourself! *RRMN requires all children be 10+ years old for first time bunny owners and 8+ for those with previous bunny experience. All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.* If you're interested, please fill out an adoption application at: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com. Gender: Female Approximate birthdate: 4/19/23 Approximate weight: 5.2 pounds Adoption fee for Pair: $160.00 (+tax) RRMN bunnies are all vetted, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. All bunnies are fostered in private homes where they are socialized and ready to become indoor companion house pets. RRMN is a non-profit rescue group operated 100% by volunteers, and 100% of donations/adoption fees go to the direct care of our animals. Due to their very special behavioral needs, we do not advocate for our rescue rabbits to serve as Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). We are unable to provide any documentation or certification for an ESA. If you have any questions or are interested in meeting or adopting this bunny, the first step is to complete an adoption application found on our website: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com. For the safety of our rescue bunnies, our protocol requires a home-visit before placement. Therefore, we are unable to facilitate adoptions that exceed an hour and a half of travel time from the Twin Cities area.

Adopt Loona and Receive Loona's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Loona's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Loona's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Loona, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Loona's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Loona was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Loona’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Loona’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Loona’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
