About this Dog
This sweet and gentle girl just arrived at her Indiana foster home after receiving all of her updated vetting. Ellie's bloodwork was great however she did have some concerning test results with high urine protein. We will give her a few weeks of settling in at her foster home and getting her bearings after her whole life changing and get some much needed weight back on her then will get her rechecked at the vet in about 4 weeks. Ellie is an owner suirender. Her mom had to make the very difficult decision to find a place for her to go after some unexpected life changes. Ellie is great with other dogs, doesn't mind sharing her space with cats and does great with kids. 1/8: Ellie had her recheck today and all of her tests came back great!! She does have a small lump on her neck that was aspirated and does not appear to ba anything concerning so we will just keep an eye on that. She has fit in beautifully at her foster home and is just the sweetest girl!!!FROM HER FOSTER MOM: Ellie is good with cats. She’s 6 years old, but acts 2. She loves wrestling, playing with toys and racing around the yard. She is housebroken and goes to the door when she needs to go out.

Adopt Ellie and Receive Ellie's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Ellie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Ellie's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Ellie, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Ellie's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Ellie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Ellie’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Ellie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Ellie’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
