About this Dog
Ingrid is a friendly and stocky pit bull type gal with a beautiful brindle coat. She arrived on 10/23/2023 as she was found "stray", if not abandoned, at a local park. She was never claimed by an owner after fulfilling the legal hold time with us. She is around 4 years old and not too large, at around the 50 pound mark. She has been fully vetted and microchipped and her fee is $150. Ingrid enjoys the company of people. She would do best in an experienced adult only home (teens should be fine). We do feel that she would prefer to be the only pet in the home. She is pretty well mannered but might need a bit of basic training. She's a princess! Applications can be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org. We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South. We do require that potential adopters be at least 21 years old and that any resident dogs be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventative, and spayed or neutered.

Adopt Ingrid and Receive Ingrid's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Ingrid's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Ingrid's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Ingrid, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Ingrid's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Ingrid was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Ingrid’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Ingrid’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Ingrid’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
