Molly was an owner surrender in April, 2024. She is about 1.5 years old at the time of surrender. She is a beautiful, smaller lady who has a bit of attitude when she is first encountering something new! Part of the reason could be that she has been in 3 different "homes" in a very short period of time and is not quite sure what is happening. Molly is now spayed and current on shots/dewormings. She has tested neg for feline leukemia/FIV. We are looking for a cat-loving, patient home for Molly. Adoption fee is $80 with an approved application. Applications are available at mchs.rescuegroups.org. A pet carrier is required at the time of adoption and you must be 21 to adopt from MCHS. Our address is 101 22 ST SE, Austin, MN. We are located off of I-90 via exit 180B to 218 SOUTH. We are just past our local airport. THANKS.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Molly was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Molly’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Molly’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Molly’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
