Meet Paxon, a 5-month-old cuddle bug with a big heart and an even bigger purr! This sweet boy is currently being fostered with his buddy Pyper, and the two are quite the playful pair—chasing toys, wrestling, and entertaining each other (and you!) all day long. Paxon is super social—he doesn’t hide when guests arrive and will happily greet you at the door like a loyal pup. He’s also incredibly affectionate and loves to snuggle up as close as possible, whether you're watching TV, working from home, or just relaxing. His favorite toys include feather wands and rattle balls, and he brings such joy and energy to the home. If you're looking for a friendly, playful, and loving companion (or two—Pyper wouldn’t mind tagging along!), Paxon is your guy! All of our cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped, tested for FIV/FELV , and up to date on vaccinations including rabies, distemper, and dewormer. You can meet some of our adorable cats and kittens during store hours at PetSmart, 385 Haggerty Rd. in Commerce Township. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Paxon (Must Be Adopted With Pyper) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Paxon (Must Be Adopted With Pyper)’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Paxon (Must Be Adopted With Pyper)’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Paxon (Must Be Adopted With Pyper)’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
