About this Dog
Adopted from Detroit Animal Control and rescue She was described...internet search...as calm couch potato, good with children and other dogs and house trained, perfect dog for 85 year mother living in a condo. Upon meeting her she was quiet and friendly. However she was nothing as described She is reacted to all dogs, nervous and terribly scared, barking and jumping with new people However at her new home, inside, she has become a great dog, with patience and training. She is Very loving and affectionate. Loves cuddling and gives lots of kisses. This is not a doable match. She needs more behavior training has had 5 weeks with dog trainer with little improvement, we were correctly advised this is not the right home for her because she is way too much dog for 85 believe her behavior would improve with exercise walks and fenced yard, she, although very much loved she is not the right dog for an 85 year old living in a condo She could be a wonderful dog...so loving Hope that will happen for Betsy

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Betsy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Betsy’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
