About this Cat
Zorro is approx. 6.5 years old. He is fixed as well.
A little bit more about him: He is an interesting cat. He was previously adopted after he was found as a kitten inside the hood of a car, so may need more socialization. He can be very very sweet and loves to cuddle and snuggle. He can be pretty playful, but also has a feisty side! When I adopted him from the original shelter when he was a kitten, they called him "crazy." He was so energetic that, instead of being kept in a crate like the other kittens there were, they had him roaming loose in the trailer with the adult cats.
I do think he would do well at a home with another cat. While I do not have another cat, and have not seen firsthand how they interact (except for when I saw him at the shelter), I was told by the shelter that he got along well with the other cats. In fact, his previous vet had recommended that he live with another cat since they thought that would be best for his energy levels when in a playful or feisty mood. He seems to be fine with dogs, but probably has to be introduced very very slowly to larger ones.
He is great as either an outdoor or indoor cat. However, he does have claws and I don't know if he would do well in a home with young children.

How will Zorro receive the contribution?
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Zorro, thank you for providing a home and a loving family! Please begin the process of claiming Zorro's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Zorro was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Zorro’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the Zorro’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Zorro’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
