dob 4/26/25 TC Paw rescued Peewee and her siblings from under a house. The mother had been missing for days, and they were crying. We never found the mother; we placed the kittens in a foster home. The smallest of the litter, Peewee is a very loving kitten who likes to be cuddled and petted. She will come up and sit on you and rub against you, and sometimes do nursing behavior on pillows and carpet . She likes the cat tree. Her foster family says she can be a "growly pants" when you play with her and the wand toy. She catches the toy and then takes off with it. Peewee's playfulness can involve attacking your feet and legs and trying to climb up you. She loves wet food. Peewee will benefit from having another cat or kitten to play with, maybe one of her littermates Dove, Ghost, Tigger, and Vireo. She will attack your feet and legs and climb you.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Peewee was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Peewee’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Peewee’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Peewee’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
