About this Dog
I have had Sarge since 2021 when I initially fostered him from his first owner whom was abusive to him. The plan for Sarge and I was that I was going to temporarily foster him until the adults of the family he was with divorced and I was left with Sarge (which was for the best at the time for sure)! I decided to keep Sarge because of the Covid pandemic and no one was taking pets at that time and the fact he is such a lovey boy. I got attached during that time and thought I could keep up with him...I didn't want him to perish. Life unexpectedly happens and I am experiencing medical issues to where Sarge has become too much for me to physically handle. He is such a good boy and so loving...so feeling all of this breaks my heart. I want to find him a healthy home where he is loved and a place where he can enjoy the outdoors. He originally came from a home with two elementary school children (one boy and one girl). He does really well with kiddos and being in a vehicle (his favorite). I am empty nested and I think he misses kids as well. Sarge is approximately 9 years old and 60-65ish pounds. I've been feeding him Blue Buffalo hard food (beef is his favorite) and he enjoys that. The time has come to find him his actually happy furever home...as he deserves the best.

After verifying the adoption, Sergeant/'s new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sergeant/ was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sergeant/’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
