Meet Buzz & Woody: Two 9-Year-Old Chihuahuas on a Mission (Mostly for Snacks and Snuggles)This bonded pair of Chihuahua mixes might be 9 years old, but don’t let their age fool you, these boys still get the zoomies like they just drank a triple espresso. Buzz & Woody are the cutest little cuddlebugs you’ll ever meet. They’re total lap dogs, professional snugglers, and they absolutely live for being held. Like, if your arms aren’t full of Buzz & Woody, what are you even doing? Before they arrived at Noah Project, they were at Newaygo County Animal Shelter, so if you’re thinking, “Hey, I’ve seen those adorable little faces before!”, you probably have! And before that? Oh, they were found living their best street-dog life… with a Husky.Yep. A full-size Husky. Obviously. Now, we weren’t there, but here’s how we imagine it went down:Buzz was the tiny but determined getaway driver (probably operating a stolen kid’s tricycle), Woody was the emotional support squad leader (“Guys, I don’t think this is a good idea…”), and the Husky was just the big, fluffy muscle recruited to obtain the fresh chicken dinner. Who planned the mission? Definitely the Chihuahuas. Who got distracted halfway through and tried to befriend the chicken instead of stealing it? Also the Chihuahuas. Did it end in chaos? Without a doubt. But hey, they all made it out together, and that’s what counts. These days, Buzz & Woody have traded street escapades for plush blankets, tasty treats, and lap time. They’re gentle, goofy, and so bonded that they do everything together, including synchronized zoomies! You may find me on our website under "ADOPT
Contribute to Buzz's Stash!

100% of Buzz's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Buzz.
Adopt Buzz and Receive Buzz's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Buzz's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Buzz's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Buzz, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Buzz's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Buzz was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Buzz’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Buzz’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Buzz’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
