Meet Milo – Your New Best Friend Milo is the definition of an #allpeoplepup – he loves everyone he meets and greets the world with a goofy grin and a full heart. Whether it’s a new dog friend or a stranger on the sidewalk, Milo is ready to make a connection.This handsome teen is still working on his manners (we’re looking at you, leash pulling and excited jumping ), but he’s incredibly smart, eager to please, and already showing great progress. He’s treat-motivated, curious, and full of that lovable young dog energy. Not to mention he's just darling and has a goofy side! What Milo Needs:A yard to stretch those long legs and chase a frisbee (one of his favorite games!)A doggy playmate would be a huge bonus – he loves other dogsContinued structure and training – he thrives with guidanceA patient adopter who understands he’s still learning how to be the best version of himself Milo does well in his crate and is learning that it’s okay when his person leaves – he might whine a little at first but quickly settles. We do provide transport assistance up to 350 miles. The applicant must drive the remainder of the distance of the transport. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Milo - Located in OR’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Milo - Located in OR’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
