About this Cat
Incredibly sweet boy Artie is in need of a forever home. He grew up as an outdoor cat and then spent a few years in a home with lots of space and access to a backyard. Unfortunately my living situation has changed. I am now in a small apartment and it has become obvious that he needs more space and hopefully some cat friends for enrichment. He has been to the vet very recently for all of his shots and vaccines as well as a dental procedure where most of his teeth were removed. Becoming a toothless wonder hasn't slowed down his desire for eating though, he still gets very excited for his wet food and scarfs it down with gusto! His previous dental issues caused him to lose some pounds but he's well on his way to being a healthy, proper weight.
Looking for someone with a decent sized living situation. Bonus points if he could have access to a porch or yard as he loves that. $50 rehoming fee required.

How will Artie receive the contribution?
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Artie, thank you for providing a home and a loving family! Please begin the process of claiming Artie's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Artie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Artie’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the Artie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Artie’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
