About this Dog
Hi! My name is Indy. I'm a beautiful one and a half year-old Staffordshire Terrier mix and I weight just under 60 pounds. I love to run around and play with all my other canine friends here and I do really well at playtime. I take treats very nicely and I LOVE food. It may be a good idea to get me a fun, slow-feeder when you take me home so i don't stuff my belly on all the wonderful things there are to eat. :)I love belly rubs, scratches and snuggles and I love to give my human friends lots of kisses. Please come and see me and my friends at the shelter today so we can snuggle into your warm homes. So, unfortunately, I was just returned after being adopted. My previous adopter stated that I was geting to be too mouthy and they couldn't properly handle me. Do I get a little mouthy? Yes. I'll be honest with you. I get easily excited and playful, and I don't know how else to show my excitement, and I do get a little mouthy. I just need a firm owner who is willing to put in the time and effort to train me. Because of this, I would not be a good fit with small children. I will need an active home with a family willing to take me on long walks and help me burn off my high energy!I would also need to be in a cat free home.If you are interested in adopting me or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, walk-in adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm.My adoption fee is being SPONSORED BY MACOMB COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL!

Adopt INDY and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, INDY's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is INDY's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the INDY, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming INDY's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and INDY was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, INDY’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the INDY’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, INDY’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
