About this Dog
*I WILL BE OUT OF THE SHELTER UNTIL 5-3-24*Hi there! My name is Sally! I'm about 4 years old, weigh about 57lbs, and I'm a Bulldog/Pitbull mix!I'm a super sweet and fun-loving gal! I get the zoomies quite easily and love to race around! I sometimes forget my manners when I get wound up and I get a little mouthy and like to jump on you! I just get so excited and want to play, but taking me to positive obedience classes should help with this!I would do best in a home with kids 10 and up, I would probably be too much energy for really little ones. I do love to play with other dogs, and would love to meet yours to see if we're a match! The staff doesn't know how I would do with cats, though, so a slow and supervised introduction would be needed.I love to play with toys! I also know sit, shake and working on down! So, here's the sad part about me...I'm heartworm positive! Unfortunately, my previous owner didn't keep me up on my preventative. Fortunately for me, the staff at MCAC is treating me for it! It is a fairly long process, and I will have to be kept calm and quiet for about a month after I've had my treatment. If you do take me home, they will go over the treatment process with you! It's pretty easy, I just have to take some pills everyday, which I have no problem with if you wrap them up in a yummy treat!I'm up to date on my vaccines, just please make sure that I see my new veterinarian regularly! My adoption fee is sponsored...but if you would like to make a donation it would greatly be appreciated!! It would help with my treatment...which is pretty expensive! If you are interested in adopting me or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, walk-in adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm and Saturday 10am-3pm. My adoption fee is being Sponsored by Macomb County Animal Control. So hopefully I will meet my new family soon! Adopt SALLY and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, SALLY's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is SALLY's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the SALLY, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming SALLY's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and SALLY was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, SALLY’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the SALLY’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, SALLY’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
