About this Cat
Meet Kevin â A Survivor with a Strong SpiritKevin is a 4-year-old neutered male with striking brown tabby stripes and a personality as bold as his look. This resilient guy came to us with wounds on his head from another animal, which meant a long 4-month rabies quarantine. Through it all, Kevin showed us just how tough and determined he is.Kevin can be intense and likes things on his terms. Heâs not a fan of other cats and would do best as the only feline in the home. Heâ ll thrive with an experienced adopter who respects his space and understands his independent streak. He does enjoy time with people he likes.OTHER PETS: Over his 4-months with us we've learned Kevin would prefer to be the only cat in your home. He may enjoy a cat-friendly dog.OWNER EXPERIENCE: Kevin can occasionally be intense, though most of the time great! An adopter with cat experience is preferred.KIDS: Kevin is a lot of kitty, he would be best suited for an adult only home.ACTIVITY LEVEL: Kevin, loves nothing better than to take a nap in a sun-puddle. He will occasionally chase a ball or toss a stuffed mouse.VETERINARY CARE: Kevin is looking forward to meeting his new vet and receiving regular vet care. Kevin does have FIV, so a good relationship with a vet will be important to keeping him happy & healthy.LEVEL OF SOCIALIZATION: We expect Kevin will easily move into his new home. He loves the attention of humans.GROOMING: Kevin takes great care of his coat.

100% of KEVIN's balance will be sent to whoever adopts KEVIN.
Adopt KEVIN and Receive KEVIN's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, KEVIN's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is KEVIN's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the KEVIN, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming KEVIN's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and KEVIN was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, KEVIN’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the KEVIN’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, KEVIN’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
