About this Dog
Meet Boone! Boone is approximately 1 year old, 50 lbs currently and he may have some Hound in his mix (but really is a Mutt)! Boone was a stray. In his foster home, he is working hard on his house-training, crate training and leash walking. He could go to a home with kids, dog-savvy cats, and other dogs. His foster says, "Boone is a handsome boy. He loves going for walks and rolling in the grass. He also does the belly crawl because he loves getting his belly scratched. He is interested in watching the squirrels but he does NOT try to chase them. Boone loves his stepsister Birdie who only weighs 15lbs. He loves his crate and had had no accidents. He has been accepted by all 4 of our dogs with "open paws." Did I mention how stunning he is??? He is a knockout!! The family that adopts Boone is in for a real treat!! We love Boone and they will too." He is available for adoption in Hopkinton or Pepperell by appointment. Please fill out an application on our website at https://www.browndogcoalition.com/adoptable as a first step. -Dogs may not be given as gifts or surprises. -Please thoughtfully discuss with your entire household the physical, safety, financial and emotional responsibilities of a dog BEFORE applying to adopt. - More information about our adoption process, application and adoption fees can be found at browndogcoalition.com

Adopt Boone and Receive Boone's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Boone's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Boone's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Boone, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Boone's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Boone was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Boone’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Boone’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Boone’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
