Meet Sammy and Maggie Moo! They are approximately 7-8 years old, 13-18 lbs currently and they likely has some Pekingese in their mix! They were surrendered after their person sold their house. In their foster home, they is doing great on house-training and leash walking. They would prefer a home with no children, but cats, and other calm dogs are fine. His foster says, "They love attention and are used to having somebody home more often than not! They will be happy as long as they have each other and a loving home. They are the epitome of Pekingese: loving, loyal and regal. They are very affectionate and love each other. They are very easy dogs to.love and care for." They are available for adoption in Hopkinton or Framingham by appointment. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Maggie Moo and Sammy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Maggie Moo and Sammy’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Maggie Moo and Sammy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Maggie Moo and Sammy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
