MEET TETO!Teto is a social and charismatic cat who will certainly be the life of the party in his new home! Since he's so full of life and energy we are requiring him to go to a home outside of the city that can provide safe and consistent outdoor time. An enclosed `catio` would be great! Although Teto is adventerous, he wants a nice couch to curl up on at the end of the day so an indoor/outdoor home would be the best fit for him. Teto would do best in a home without other cats or young children. We would love for Teto to find a bit of freedom, a safe place to live and the opportunity to be himself. Teto is food motivated so he has responded well to puzzle toys with treats to keep his active mind challenged. Teto might also be a good candidate for clicker training as another way to help him remain occupied. Could you be his new best friend? For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and TETO was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, TETO’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the TETO’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, TETO’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
