hi all, this really hurts my heart to do but i rescued a sweet 5 year old beagle named lola about 2 weeks ago from a not good situation where they had too many animals and she wasn’t being taken care of. Lola is a very sweet girl but because of the other animals in the house, she had to fight for food and other things. because of that she resource guards against my dog and isn’t very nice to him and it has caused a lot of tension in my house and she has been pretty aggressive towards my dog. she is a lovely dog with a great personality who just loves love and wants to cuddle on the couch and lay on your chest. her previous owners had never taken her to the vet so she was not spayed. She has had at least 1 litter that i know of. i immediately started vaccines and had her spayed and a mass on her left hip removed on 7/15. she needs to be in a house with no dogs and no young kids that will try and take something from her. she is house broken and crate trained. I did bloodwork, checked urine and a fecal and she is in perfect health. She deserves a long happy life with the right family but unfortunately mine is not it. she will come with all her vet records, her crate, leash, and collar

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and lola was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, lola’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the lola’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, lola’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
