About this Dog
DESCRIPTION: This gorgeous boy found himself in the care of another rescue determined to make sure he landed in a safe and loving home. When that rescue later reached out for help with some of the dogs in their care, MAGSR didn't think twice before stepping forward to assist - as we all know, teamwork makes the dream work. At just a year old, Bear is still discovering the world and learning how to navigate it with curiosity and heart. Like many young dogs, he’s motivated to bond, quick to learn, and ready to belong. Super-smart and hungry for mental stimulation, Bear is soaking up training opportunities and responding well to consistency and positive reinforcement as he learns what it means to be a well-mannered adult. He’s making strides with housebreaking, crate training, and basic manners. With continued structure and guidance, his potential is limitless. Like any new dog, Bear will thrive with routine, leadership, and clear expectations; this will help him adjust smoothly and build a strong bond with his forever family. As a fun, energetic young boy, Bear still has plenty of silly goofball antics and lots of love to give as he matures into his adult self. Like any shepherd, he'll also need a home that will make sure he gets mental and physical exercise on a daily basis. If you’re interested in this handsome guy, ask to meet him today.
Contribute to Bear's Stash!

100% of Bear's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Bear.
Adopt Bear and Receive Bear's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Bear's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Bear's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Bear, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Bear's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bear was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bear’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Bear’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bear’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
