Meet Sasha – a tiny 3-month-old adventurer with a heart full of love (and a purr you can hear from across the room).Sasha’s days are filled with brave little expeditions—exploring new corners, chasing after toys, and discovering the comfiest nap spots. But her very favorite thing in the whole world? Cuddles. She absolutely lives for gentle pets, chin scratches, and curling up in your arms like she’s known you forever. She’s the sister of sweet Athena (also looking for her forever home!) and would be over the moon if someone adopted them together (not required though). Sasha does have a heart murmur, but it doesn’t slow her down one bit—she’s happy, playful, and full of kitten joy. The rescue will cover her follow-up appointment to check on it, and when she’s 6 months old, they’ll also cover her spay. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Paloma 4 (Sasha) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Paloma 4 (Sasha)’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Paloma 4 (Sasha)’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Paloma 4 (Sasha)’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
