About this Cat
Meet Mila â A Gentle Soul Ready for a Quiet HomeMila is a 6-year-old spayed female whoâs looking for a calm, understanding home where she can blossom at her own pace. Described as a shy and sensitive cat, Mila appreciates the quieter side of life and feels most comfortable when things are predictable and peaceful. While she may initially keep to herself, Mila has shown heartwarming signs of trust, slowly becoming more comfortable with gentle petting and brushingâespecially when itâs on her terms. She enjoys watching the world go by from a cozy window perch and `talking` to the birds and squirrels outside. Her soft, observant nature shines through in these peaceful moments.Mila has previously lived harmoniously with other cats and may do well with a calm feline companion. Sheâs never been aggressive and prefers to avoid conflict, making her a gentle presence in the home. Sheâs tidy with her litter habits. If you have a patient heart and a quiet space, Mila just might reward you with the quiet bond only a cautious cat can offer. With time, love, and understanding, Mila will continue to grow in confidence and show more of her sweet self.Video of this shy girl can be found online here: https://tinyurl.com/AdoptableMila
Contribute to MILA's Stash!

100% of MILA's balance will be sent to whoever adopts MILA.
Adopt MILA and Receive MILA's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, MILA's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is MILA's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the MILA, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming MILA's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and MILA was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, MILA’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the MILA’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, MILA’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
