Bohde is available for adoption. He is 11 years old and weighs 6 pounds. His adoption fee is $350.00. Bohde is a small, 6 pound Yorkie, who is 11 years old. He was surrendered into rescue by his owner because of an inability to care for him. Bohde is a very active dog, who likes to play outside with foster brother so having a yard that is fenced in his new home to run and play is a must. He seems to be in good health as evidenced by a positive vet visit on July 9 th . He has all his vaccines and is microchipped and his neuter is scheduled for July 15 th . Bohde is edentulous (no teeth) and is a great eater and loves treat rewards and praise during our training sessions. He is working on potty training, and is doing very well! He gets along with other dogs, but is currently learning to trust humans a bit more. He is a very sweet, cute little boy, who is getting used to living in his new environment. I’ll keep you posted as I learn more about this playful, little boy! Bohde is staying with Janet in LaVale, MD.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bohde was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bohde’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Bohde’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bohde’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
