This tall, beauty is 1yr old, Gabby. She is already spayed and has a sweet, silly personality. She is ready to explore and ready to learn her basic doggy manners. She is learning to sit for attention, wait at the door and learning to walk with us instead of pull on the leash. She has a high activity level and would really enjoy a large yard with a tall fence so she can run. Her hound bark would not be good in an apartment/condo/townhome where your neighbors are attached. Gabby is good with other dogs who have similar personalities. If the other dog is too rough in the beginning, it scares her. Once she gets to know the dog though, she will then jump and play with them. Gabby is intimidated in new situations and she needs a minute to adjust. She likes to run around and play and then she will snuggle with you after. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and 46709 - Gabby was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, 46709 - Gabby’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the 46709 - Gabby’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, 46709 - Gabby’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
