Meet Belle – a brilliant and beautiful 5-year-old black Lab who’s equal parts adventure buddy and cuddle queen. This water-loving girl never misses a chance to make a splash. Belle absolutely adores her walks and is always ready to hit the trail with her tail wagging and nose to the ground.She’s incredibly smart and picks up on things quickly—especially when it means more fun, treats, or belly rubs. Belle has plenty of energy and would do best with a dog friend who can match her playful pace, and with kids who are comfortable around a big, bouncy buddy.Belle is also quite the talker! She’s very vocal and loves to “chat,” especially when she’s excited or wants to tell you how her day’s been. She’s always got something to say.Belle does have Lyme disease, which means she may need meds during a flare-up—some dogs only have one in their lifetime, while others may have a few. But it doesn’t slow her down at all. Belle is full of life, love, and loyalty, and she’s ready to bring all of that (and more) to her forever home. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Belle's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Belle was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Belle’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Belle’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Belle’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
