Hi, I’m Elsa — and yes, I am as good as they say. I’m a 2-year-old Lab mix, about 50 pounds of grace, playfulness, and heart. I came to the shelter as a stray back in February, but you’d never know it by how polite and well-mannered I am. Some might call me “refined,” but I still know how to have a blast when playtime rolls around — I can keep up with the best of 'em!I’m respectful, friendly, and a total pro on leash. No pulling, no drama — just a good girl who wants to stroll by your side and enjoy the little things in life (like grass, belly rubs, and snacks).I get along great with other dogs, and I’ve been waiting patiently for someone to see the amazing companion I am. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Elsa's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Elsa was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Elsa’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Elsa’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Elsa’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
