Looking for a playful, loyal, and quirky little companion? Meet Faline, a beautiful brown and tan Chihuahua mix with long legs, perky ears, and a heart full of love. At just 10 pounds, she’s the perfect pint sized 2 year-old for someone who wants a best friend to share the couch and the fun! Faline is crate trained and has excellent potty manners. She'll use potty pads if needed, though she definitely prefers to go outside. She’s still young and full of energy, and she would absolutely thrive with another small, playful dog in the home to wrestle and romp with. Faline needs a doggie friend as playtime with her canine pals has been key in helping her come out of her shell. She’s also an ideal candidate for doggie daycare, where she can enjoy both canine companionship and mental stimulation during the day. Faline is a sensitive soul who bonds deeply with her person. She loves to be close to her humansso much so that she’s been known to jump over baby gates just to get to them! She’d do best in a home where someone is around more often than not, unless she can attend daycare. Being left alone for long stretches just isn’t her style. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Faline was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Faline’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Faline’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Faline’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
