NOT YET TAKING APPLICATIONS – NOT YET AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NEW INTAKE 7/17/2025: Guppy - female - DOB approx 4/18/2025 - 5.6 pounds - Jack Russell Terrier Reason for intake: Guppy came in with Tadpole as owner-surrenders. The owner didn't have time for them and worked too many hours. They are heading to our vet the week of 7/21/2025 for everything they need. They will need to get a second round of shots on 8/1/2025 before they can leave our rescue. Stay tuned! NOT TAKING APPLICATIONS: Many dogs, particularly breeder, hoarder or senior dogs, can have multiple medical issues that need addressed. Additionally, sometimes we take in young puppies requiring multiple vaccinations and/or quarantining. In this particular case, we are not yet taking applications either due to age or possible illness or some other reason. We will post when s(he) is ready for adoption. In the interest of fairness, EARLY application submissions will NOT be considered. Please note… we cannot respond to messages/emails, etc., on dogs that are NOT yet available for adoption. Please wait until the dog is available for adoption. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Guppy (NOT YET AVAILABLE) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Guppy (NOT YET AVAILABLE)’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Guppy (NOT YET AVAILABLE)’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Guppy (NOT YET AVAILABLE)’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
