Sage was found with an injury to her right front pinky toe and taken to the shelter where her owners never came for her. Sage's toe was treated and she is now healed. Sage is stunningly beautiful love bug and wants to be with you where ever you go. Sage is crate trained and will come with her own crate as she prefers a heavy duty crate. Sage has had recent professional obedience training and did very well. She was described as a fast learner! She knows sit, down, heel, sit and down on heel, stay, place, leave it, among other commands. The other plus is Sage gets a refresher every day on her obedience because she is living with her trainer! Sage must be an only dog and would make the perfect companion for a single person or couple. Sage has high prey drive so cats and small animals would not be a fit for her. Sage would be glad to chill on the couch with you or go for rides in the car. Sage loves car rides! Sage loves toys and will play a great game of fetch. She is also good at learning new tasks with food as the reward. If you are looking for your new best friend, Sage is the perfect companion!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sage - KS was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sage - KS’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Sage - KS’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Sage - KS’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
