About this Cat
Georgia was found as a very pregnant stray in August 2023. A Safe Haven volunteer offered to take Georgia in as a foster so she could safely have her kittens in a loving home. Georgia was able to get all settled in at her foster home before having three healthy kittens. Her kittens have all been adopted, so now it is Georgia's turn to find her own special forever home. Georgia made it pretty clear from the beginning that she had no interest in making friends with any of the other cats or dogs in her foster home, so Georgia and the kittens (once they were born) resided in a private bedroom/bathroom to keep the new little family safe and happy. Her foster does think that Georgia would prefer to be an only pet in her forever home. She also seems to be a bit nervous with unfamiliar or really loud sounds/activity. Because of this Georgia wasn’t a huge fan of the kids in her foster home, and her foster mom feels that she would appreciate a home with no small children. While we don’t know anything about Georgia’s life before becoming a Safe Haven kitty, we know that the Good Samaritan who found her helped change her life by reaching out for help in finding resources for a pregnant stray cat. With the help of caring humans, Georgia was able to get off the streets, move indoors, have and raise her kittens, and can now enjoy a quiet and calm life where she is always taken care of in her future forever home!

Adopt Georgia and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Georgia's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Georgia's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Georgia, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Georgia's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Georgia was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Georgia’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Georgia’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Georgia’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
