Momma Belle showed up new and pregnant in a rural area w/o owner claiming and not microchipped. She arrived into our care 5/1/25 and gave birth to 4 live kittens 05/10/2025. Adoption fee is $125.00 kitten or 2 kitten special $200 which includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccines/cares, and microchip. If you would like to meet, please complete an online application that can be found at: https://hopeanimalrescueofiowa.duplie.com/forms/198/hope-cat--application This kitten is not available for adoption beyond 45 minutes of DSM area while continuing to complete rescue vetting which includes spay/neuter appt with one of our vet partners in West Des Moines on 8/28/2025. The adoptor is responsible for taking to and from the appt and Hope pays for the surgery. There is not rescheduling this appt.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Hayden was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Hayden’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Hayden’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Hayden’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
