About this Dog
Have you ever wanted a very tiny horse? While Cobalt is very technically a dog, this lanky speedster might just fit the bill, watch him go here! Cobalt is a lover at his core, and will never let you forget how much he loves you unconditionally. He'll curl up right next to you on the couch and give you a little nudge until you give him a pet, an in turn will give you a few gentle kisses to show you how grateful he is. He is very people-oriented, and loves to be around them in almost any setting. He has also learned to appreciate the finer things in life, and loves listening to some classical music on the piano, or whatever other entertainment you had in mind. Cobalt is a spry guy despite his years, so in between his marathon nap sessions (that take up most of his day), he’d love a place where he can show off his zoomies. When Cobalt knows he's going on a walk, he'll start jumping up and down out of pure excitement. He's got the craziest vertical and could definitely join the 76ers! He adores stuffed animals (he carries his half destroyed lambchop plush around) and loves to destroy tennis balls. He won't say no to a game of fetch either. The hustle and bustle of city life can be a bit much for this senior gentleman, so apartment living and a busy neighborhood is not for him. That said, if you have a yard and a cozy couch, Cobalt would love to snuggle up beside you and take his rightful place as your heated/weighted blanket. While he's content snoozing the day away on his own, his dream home would include a parent who isn't away for long hours each day. While people of all ages and stages have a place in Cobalt’s heart, he’s a little more particular about the non-humans around him, so he’d prefer a home without cats or small dogs. If you’d like to learn more about Cobalt, we’d love to hear from you! You can fill out an application for this goofball here, or email us with additional questions at [email protected]. Adopt Cobalt and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Cobalt's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Cobalt's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Cobalt, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Cobalt's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Cobalt was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Cobalt’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Cobalt’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Cobalt’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
