About this Dog
Dolly was on the run for at least two weeks before she was caught. She has not been claimed. She is very very scared of people, and we believe she may have come from a breeding facility due to her unregistered microchip that cannot be tracked even to the company of origin. She is currently in a foster home where they’re working with her to gain her trust. She does have a pretty serious ulcer on her eye, the vet has prescribed eye drops, but it may still need to come out if it remains painful to her. She’s also in need of a dental, which she will be getting when she is spayed. She is good with other dogs.Dollie is a good girl, housebroke, but so, so terrified. We are making progress slowly. She is really depending of her foster brother. He is her pal and she wants to be near/on him at all times. She is good with the other dogs and the cat in the home. She will do best in a home with another dog, if not adopted with her foster brother. If you are interested in adopting this pet, please go to www.midwestpetrefuge.com/adopt to complete an application. Completing a questionnaire on any other website does not submit an application to our rescue, you must complete one on our website. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected]

100% of Dollie's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Dollie.
Adopt Dollie and Receive Dollie's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Dollie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Dollie's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Dollie, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Dollie's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Dollie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Dollie’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Dollie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Dollie’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
