About this Dog
Honey is a super sweet and spunky girl! Some facts about her: DOG FRIENDLY: She gets along with dogs of all sizes, ages and gender. She currently lives with 3 large dogs (60-80 lbs) and a 10 lb pug mix her size and is good with all. She does not have boundaries and is fearless. She climbs and jumps all over them so tolerant dogs would be best for her. She also really loved to wrestle with them so a playful companion would be great for her! KID FRIENDLY: She has been around infants and elementary aged kids and was great with both. HOUSE TRAINING: She is mostly house trained. She does not tell you when she needs to go out, but she doesn’t have accidents if she goes out every few hours and right after her meals. LOVES FOOD: She eats out of a slow feeder bowl away from other dogs. Otherwise, she will try to steal their food. LOVES TO PLAY: She loves Benebones and squeaky Lambchop toys. She will happily play by herself and then hop up on the couch with you to snuggle in for a nap afterwards. GOOD IN CAR: She rides in a crate in the car and is perfect. Whines for a few seconds and then goes to sleep. CRATE TRAINED: She is crate trained and sleeps in her crate overnight without making a peep. MINOR MEDICAL NEEDS: She has chronic dry eyes, and a scar in one of them. She currently uses eye ointment twice a day, and the vet says that will need to be continued everyday for her lifetime. SOME THINGS TO WATCH OUT FOR: She is a DOOR DARTER! If you open the door, she’s sprinting out of it. We typically pick her up or crate/put her behind a gate before opening any doors to the outside (besides the fenced in backyard) because she will do anything she can to get past you and out the door.

Adopt Honey and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Honey's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Honey's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Honey, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Honey's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Honey was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Honey’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Honey’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Honey’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
