About this Dog
Pepper was surrendered by her owner who bought her at a pet store (so she is an actual designed breed. LOL. We adopted her when she was 2 years old. She is now 11 years old. Pepper is 25 lbs and on the smaller side of medium. She is kennel trained for the most part and house trained. She knows her basic commands and a few other things. She knows to stay out of the kitchen when there is food out; although, she does need reminded. She has also been trained to wait and let the human go out the door first and the human comes in the door first. She is up to date on vaccines, heart worm prevention and recently had her dental appt. She can be quit anxious when riding in the car and going to the vet. The reason I need to rehome her is because she has been aggressive with my 2 and I've been told that she is creating a toxic environment for them. Otherwise, she really is a good girl. She needs a home with no other pets, so she can have your full attention and doesn't feel the need to "claim" everything. She would do best in a home with a single female or older couple. She will come with her kennel, dog bed, heartworm pills for the rest of the year, her leash and collar and some treats she likes. Please let me know if you have any questions. I've never done this before. Thank you.

Adopt Pepper and Receive Pepper's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Pepper's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$39 is Pepper's current balance
"Contribution"
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Pepper, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Pepper's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Pepper was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Pepper’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Pepper’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Pepper’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
