About this Dog
Let me introduce you to Miss Kate who came to our rescue from the Johnson County Kentucky animal shelter, where she had been for over a month. Kate is at best guess between a 6 and 8 year-old golden doodle. From the looks of Miss Kate, she has had her fair or unfair share of litters of puppies. All of those are best guesses, but what I can tell you with certainty is that Kate is an extremely sweet, laid-back dog. Her favorite thing to do is sleep, she sleeps a lot throughout the day. She is a very calm, quiet, laid-back easy-going dog. She gets along with other dogs, and cats. If you’re looking for a chill laid-back companion, Kate is your girl! She’s not high energy. She does not need to go on lots of walks, although I’m sure a walk now and then would make her happy, but she really just enjoys relaxing around the house.Kate is spayed, and up-to-date on her shots. She is crate trained, and house trained, basically the whole package! The one thing Kate does have is that she is heartworm positive. She is being treated and is almost finished with her medication, but other than that one little detail, I don’t know that you could ask for a better companion! Please consider giving Miss Kate a permanent, loving home! If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting this baby, please fill out an application. They currently are fixed, up to date on shots, wormings, preventatives and are microchipped (with lifetime registration). Adoption fee is $215 with approved application, applications can be filled out at this link. https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/10167/generic .

100% of Kate's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Kate.
Adopt Kate and Receive Kate's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Kate's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Kate's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Kate, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Kate's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Kate was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Kate’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Kate’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Kate’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
