About this Dog
Charlie is a 7 year old male Mini Poodle who weighs in at 11 pounds. This dog's adoption fee is $500. If you are still interested, please read more below. Hello, My name is Charlie and I came from a puppy mill where I lived all 7 years of my life. When I came to ARF I had no idea how to behave like a normal dog. I have been with my foster mom for 4 weeks now and I can tell you - things have changed in that time! I didn't know what a leash was, now I walk four times a day to do my potty business and there have been no accidents in the house since I have been walking regularly outside. I still don't like to sleep alone at night but after my last walk around 10:30 pm I go to my crate in my mom’s bedroom and I am happy and quiet until the morning. No complaints from my foster mom that I bark or snore…None of that!! I am very quiet. I am learning about all the noises in the house and I like to follow my foster mom everywhere. I am very sweet, love cuddles and brushing and my perfect happiness is cuddling next to my human anytime I can be with her. I am okay to be alone for a while and manage to stay clean in the house as long as I get regular walks. I am a good eater and drink better now. I am very calm, low energy but still not sure of people that I don't know. Seniors or people working from home would be ideal for me. I have not been with kids, but because I am still uncertain of new people I think I would be better in a house without young kids. If another dog is in the house, that would be ok though to help keep me company. If not, I like to hang out with my human so much that I will be ok having you all to myself. I will be your loyal little companion!! I am ready for love. Are you the caring, patient, compassionate person ready to love me?? I would love to meet you. Charlie is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, housetrained, and neutered. This dog's family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. A meeting will not be scheduled until you have an approved application, so if you are interested in adopting this dog, fill out an Online Application today! Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting.

Adopt Charlie and Receive Charlie's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Charlie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Charlie's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Charlie, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Charlie's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Charlie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Charlie’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Charlie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Charlie’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
