Claude is an approximately 10 year old purebred male grey miniature poodle who weighs in at 12 pounds. This dog's adoption fee is $200. If you are still interested, please read more below. Claude is a super sweet senior! He is healthy with good heart sounds. He does have high blood pressure, and takes meds for that. He is fine with cats (ignores them) and gets along well with other dogs. He has a very calm personality and all of the dogs in his foster mom's house responded very well to Claude right from the start. Claude wears a belly band for urinary incontinence and may have #2 accidents occasionally. He is a calm, quiet, loving and grateful little man who is just looking for a quiet home, someone to love and someone to love him, some good food (though he isn't picky) and a comfortable dog bed to nap in, the occasional walk and as much affection as you can give him. Give this boy a chance. He will give you many more years of love and loyalty. Claude is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations and neutered. This dog's family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Claude was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Claude’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Claude’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Claude’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
