About this Cat
My name is Diamond and I’m as sparkly and beautiful as my name! I’m a lilac gray tortoiseshell female kitten who weighs in at 3.5 pounds. I’m all about interaction with my foster parents, love to play with all sorts of toys, scamper about and am a cuddle bug enthusiastically looking for that love opportunity. I just love to be up close and personal. I am super friendly and get along fine with the two adult cats in my foster home now that my quarantine period out of animal control is over. I haven’t been exposed to dogs but I would probably do okay after a slow introduction. Kind, considerate children would make for great playmates for me since I was fostered as a solo kitten. If I am to be adopted as a single kitten I require someone who is at home a greater portion of the day: maybe retired, works from home or a stay at home mom/dad to give me that added attention that I love and need to thrive. Diamond is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, and litter box trained. Diamond's adoption fee is $165. Please note A.R.F. does not approve applications for any kitten under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL. If you are interested in meeting Diamond, please fill out our online kitten adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ today! Once your application has been approved, an A.R.F. volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

Adopt Diamond and Receive Diamond's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Diamond's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Diamond's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Diamond, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Diamond's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Diamond was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Diamond’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Diamond’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Diamond’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
