About this Dog
This beauty is WILLOW, a 57 pound, 7 year old American Staffordshire Terrier mix. This sweet girl is one of our long-term foster dogs who has been waiting around two years for her forever family. Willow is a gentle soul who really loves to hang out with her person/people, whether that’s laying on her dog bed in front of the fire, or chilling out on the couch while you binge watch your favorite show; she really simply enjoys your affection and attention. Willow's favorite time of day is going for a long walk on the nature trail with her foster dad, spending that time outside smelling the air and watching the wildlife. Prior to fostering, Willow enjoyed having a fenced yard. Willow previously lived nicely with a large, male, German Shepherd; she is not recommended for smaller dogs. This loyal and loving dog is completely housebroken and has very good home manners; we think she would make a wonderful family dog with kids older than 10, as the little ones make her very nervous. She really is just the sweetest dog. And would love to have her forever after. HAS SHE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU?? Willow is likely an American Staffordshire Terrier mix. She currently weighs about 57 pounds, but should probably weigh 60. She recently underwent knee surgery and has fully healed and is again enjoying her long walks. This dog has been examined by licensed veterinarians, provided inoculations, been wormed, tested for diseases, spayed, and microchipped. Adopt MISS WILLOW and Receive MISS WILLOW's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, MISS WILLOW's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is MISS WILLOW's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the MISS WILLOW, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming MISS WILLOW's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and MISS WILLOW was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, MISS WILLOW’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the MISS WILLOW’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, MISS WILLOW’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
