The absolute sweetest little mama, Bechamel, is ready for her chance to finally be the center of attention! Please don't let her get left behind! As a young kitty herself, it's amazing how well Bechamel did raising her SIX kittens. But now all her tiny tots are adopted, and she is ready for her forever home too. Bechamel is an easy going and sweet cat, often looking for pets and gently rubbing on your legs. She has a teeny little meow that's almost silent. She absolutely loves food and treats, but is also very motivated by toys like wand toys, catnip banana, and is a great user of the kitty tree for scratching. She especially loves chasing felt mice, tossing them in the air to catch and kick at them. She has been wonderful to foster and is the perfect balance of playful, loving, and sweet!Bechamel's ideal home would be one with at least one kitty companion to keep her company. So far, she has met resident kitties who range in age from young adult to senior. She also plays great with foster kitten pals who chase and wrestle with her. Bechamel has not met dogs during her time in foster care. She has had some gentle interactions with small humans in foster care, her friendly demeanor would do well with cat savvy kiddos who will give her extra love and snuggles. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Bechamel's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bechamel was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bechamel’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Bechamel’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bechamel’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
