Meet Abby,This sleek chic is extremely outgoing and loves her human friends. She is quick to warm up to you and doesn’t think twice about falling on her back for all sorts of rubs. She loves any toy that she can get her mitts on, especially stuffed mice which she is constantly torturing and swatting! Bring out some wand toys with feathers and she turns into a complete athletic maniac!Being such a brave and fearless little soul Abby will thrive in a loving household whether it’s quiet or rambunctious like she is. She can get a little crazy but with some proper direction she will do great with children of all ages. As she is so energetic she will need to be adopted into a home that has another young , playful cat in the home. She does happen to have a sister Emma who she is quite attached to and the two of them would love to be adopted together. Emma started out a bit more shy but she is blossoming into a loving and curious companion and would also do well in a loving home environment with children of all ages.Like a toddler she is very curious, and you will find that she does not tire easily. She’s quite a jumper and if possible, she would jump as high as your ceiling just to get a glimpse at what that looks like too. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Abby was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Abby’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Abby’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Abby’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
