Meet Ronnie – The Playful Lovebug!Ronnie is a gorgeous white and tabby who is bursting with energy and always ready for an adventure! Don’t let her age fool you, this playful girl thrives in a lively home where there’s always something fun to do. She spends her days zipping around, hunting for toys, and mastering the art of hide-and-seek. Her foster family has loved watching her discover the most creative hiding spots, only to pop out at random and excitedly greet them!Ronnie is a social butterfly who loves people of all ages! She is all about affection and attention. She would be happiest in a home with activity to match her playful nature. A family with older children would be a great fit—Ronnie would love to chase after kids or steal a teenager’s discarded socks. Ronnie has shown a strong preference to being the only pet in the home. Ronnie's favorite toys are small soft ones that she can bat around the floor, and she especially loves string and mouse type toys. When she loses interest in one toy, she dashes off to find another! But after a long day of playing, Ronnie is ready for some quality cuddle time and will curl up next to her humans when it’s time to unwind. When she’s enjoying snuggles and pets, she makes the cutest little biscuits with her back feet—her foster parents joke that she’s “stomping grapes” and ready to open her own vineyard! For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Ronnie (fka Elrond) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Ronnie (fka Elrond)’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Ronnie (fka Elrond)’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Ronnie (fka Elrond)’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
